A Good Life After 50 is my take on how to live well after 50 when we all have so much more living to do. But it's not worth living longer if we don't have certain foundations in place.

In this journal-style book I explore 5 steps that I personally have put into practice over a number of years to reach a life that I believe will take me on through the next few decades to be fit, healthy, connected, curious, motivated and happy.
